BBQ Boards

Same as the seafood and sausage boards, there is also bbq boards, mostly served at restaurants.

Take your fav meat, whether beef, chicken or pork and bbq or dry rub and plate on a board, add some veggies and deli salads, and it’s ready to serve.

Veggies and deli salads to add are like:

Cucumber Salad
Cole Slaw
Pickles
Chili peppers
Sauerkraut
Pickled Veggies
Pickled Beets
Cauliflower Salad instead of Potato Salad, less carbs and just as tasty
Grilled Veggies

Tomato Salad
Dilly Pea Salad

For this board I used:
Pickled Beets with horseradish

Pickle Chips

Green bean salad

And BBQ sauce on the side

I took boneless pork chops and added a dry rub and threw it on the grill.

If you’re really hungry, add two pork chops like this

Or mix it up with grilled bbq chicken, I added a dry rub to the boneless chicken breast too.

On this board I used mashed cauliflower, sauteed mushrooms with onions, pickle chips, sliced fresh serrano chiles and bbq sauce on the side. I like to dip my meat into the sauce. I’m like the Sally character from When Harry Met Sally, I like everything on the side.

For this bbq board, I used roast pulled pork with low carb creamed spinach, gluten free mac n cheese, sliced serrano chiles and a side of bbq sauce.
