There is two ways to make this dish, raw and cooked. It really depends on your body, diet etc etc. It’s really up to you, which you prefer. Both taste great.
For Raw, you can use frozen or fresh, I used frozen, defrosted it first.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
And mix them all together.
Once that’s done, put into the container of your choosing. And enjoy.
For cooked spinach.
Same ingredients as the raw spinach recipe.
Steam the spinach in a steamer or rice cooker. That one package of spinach looks like this after steaming. It shrinks.
Then add it to the food processor.
Then add all the other ingredients.
And mix it up.
You are done, now add it to a container of your choice and enjoy.
